Giorgina

Giorgina by Grupo Mandolina in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood brings an authentic taste of Italy to the Magic City. COLAMECO

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to introduce a new Italian pop-up restaurant concept, COLAMECO, this December, which will take over the resort. Artfully conceived by Executive Chef Adrian Colameco to provide guests and Miami locals with a new upscale culinary experience throughout the festive season, the extensive menu features elevated Italian classics inspired by Chef Colameco’s upbringing and culinary background. Patrons can expect specialties including Fresh Shucked Oysters served with Cocktail Sauce and Rose Mignonette; Polpette Della Nonna, homemade meatballs with pomodoro, ricotta, pesto and grilled farm bread; Bistecca, grilled Ribeye with bone marrow rosemary butter and Aceto Balsamic; and ‘Colameco’s Specialty,’ a signature take on classic Baked Ziti with crispy eggplant, pomodoro, ricotta and pesto. La Cumbancha

The world-renowned team behind the MICHELIN Guide-recommended and one of the World’s 50 Best Bars, Café La Trova — led by famed cantinero Julio Cabrera alongside several partners from La Trova’s bar team — bring you La Cumbancha, a Cuban-American concept inspired by the energy of 1970s Miami. The name, ‘La Cumbancha’ itself, is a Cuban-African term meaning a gathering of family and friends to dance, play music, and drink, perfectly encapsulating the restaurant’s ethos. Chateau ZZ’s

Major Food Group (MFG) debut the impossibly glamorous Chateau ZZ’s in a historic Miami estate steeped in significance and allure. Here, MFG will introduce the acclaimed company’s first-ever foray into Mexican cuisine. Hidden in plain sight in the heart of Brickell, this two-floor architectural marvel, originally constructed as a private residence in 1931 by legendary architect Martin L. Hampton, is the only known French chateau in the city and was designated a historically protected building in 1983. Now MFG, in collaboration with the visionary Ken Fulk, Inc., have meticulously restored the estate to its former splendor.

The first level of the reimagined manor features MFG’s first-ever Mexican concept—a glitzy restaurant with impeccable cuisine, an extensive collection of the rarest tequilas, a stunning solarium, a vibrant bar and lounge, and idyllic outdoor gardens. The second level of Chateau ZZ’s, meanwhile, is strictly private and available exclusively to members of ZZ’s Club. At Chateau ZZ’s, tuxedo-clad service captains will orchestrate a journey through iconic Mexicans dishes; features include a table-side guacamole presentation, Sweet Corn Elote, Lobster Aguachile Verde, Ribeye Pastor, and so much more, all presented with MFG’s famed sense of flair.

Nestled within the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, Zaytinya marks the eagerly anticipated return of globally renowned celebrity chef José Andrés to Miami, serving as the latest addition to the José Andrés Group – a culinary powerhouse known for its mission to “change the world through the power of food”. Edan Bistro is a Basque restaurant in North Miami offering an all-day Spanish dining curated by Lur chef Aitor Garate Berasaluze. It serves breakfast and brunch items like eggplant and jalapeño toast, tortilla española, croissants, and sandwiches. There’s also an all-day menu with steak tartare, grilled duck magret, and Basque cheesecake.

 

Erba

Maty’s

At Maty’s, Chef Valerie Chang in Miami is bringing a personal touch. After gaining recognition for Itamae, her Nikkei restaurant with her brother and father, she aimed to showcase Peruvian culinary traditions honoring her grandmother Maty. Chang is the driving force behind this new venture, offering dishes that exude warmth and soul. Examples include a vibrant cebiche mixto with black grouper and crisp calamari, as well as fluffy tortitas de maiz. A visually striking fried snapper is presented curled around cornmeal-dusted fish nuggets, while a whole roasted dorade sits elegantly on an ají amarillo beurre blanc worth celebrating. The chic, airy dining room features a gallery of family portraits and handed-down relics, such as her grandmother’s school report card, adorning the walls. While Maty’s reflects Chang’s vision, it remains a true family affair.

 

MOTEK Brickell City Centre

Located in the heart of Miami’s financial district, MOTEK BCC is now open to the public and marks the brand’s largest location to date featuring MOTEK’s first in-house bakery, a 255-seat indoor and outdoor dining area, a 24-seat bar, and an all-new beverage program helmed by locally acclaimed mixologist and recently appointed Beverage Director, Randy Perez. MOTEK is a kosher-style Mediterranean restaurant with influences from our ancestors in Lebanon, Morocco, Turkey, Yemen and more. LOG Fire Signature unleashes a new wood-fired concept in Wynwood. Even a small spark can start a great fire, which is what drives LOG’s cuisine. Similar to their name, the new destination is inspired by fire. Not to be confused with your average campfire, locals and visitors alike can exchange stories near their sexy fireplace and alluring ambiance while sharing dishes, sipping drinks and making memories. Inside, guests will find a cozy yet, romantic escape within an industrial style building featuring high-ceilings and a beautifully lit bar with hints of greenery. Guests can also enjoy the magic and movement of fire in their open-kitchen setting.
Helmed by Chef Calvin Daniele, the menu is focused on seasonality and simplicity.

 

Hell’s Kitchen Miami

Hell’s Kitchen is located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant has ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant’s iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat. The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Ramsay himself.

 

One K Raw

One K Raw, Miami’s newest destination for elevated, international cuisine, sophisticated cocktails and live entertainment, is pleased to open its doors this fall in the metropolitan neighborhood of Brickell.  Brought to life by industry expert Coco Coig and partners Jhota Taborda and Andres San Martin of The Dirty Rabbit Group, One K Raw offers Miami locals and visitors an elegant dining ambiance that sets the stage for unforgettable moments and culinary creativity.

 

La Màrtola

Debuting in January 2024 in the Buena Vista neighborhood, La Màrtola, draws inspiration from the culinary treasures of the Riviera of Italy, France, and Spain. Founded by esteemed partners, internationally recognized La Filiale owned by Martino de Rosa and celebrity chef Franco Pepe, alongside food and beverage impresario Paolo Domeneghetti, La Màrtola’s menu is characterized by simplicity and anchored by the highest quality local ingredients combined with delicacies imported from the coastal regions of the “old world.” Dishes feature a variety of new and classic favorites including an array of Neapolitan pizzas by La Filiale which will be made using a Stefano Ferrara wood-fired pizza oven, as well as a variety of wood-fired and grilled farm-raised meats, local fish, and locally grown vegetables, prepared in the restaurant’s custom-made wood grill by Grillworks.
