New York City chef Einat Admoney of Balaboosta and Taim has brought her acclaimed Israeli eats to South Florida. Her new counter-service eatery, Motek Cafe, features an array of Israeli and Mediterranean favorites like roasted eggplant tahini, shakshuka, chicken schnitzel, hummus bowls topped with a variety of toppings, along with spins on classic lunch dishes like the Jerusalem grilled cheese filled with Swiss cheese, roasted tomatoes, and olives.
