Taking over the iconic Prime Fish and former Nemo Restaurant space at 100 Collins Ave. — right next door to Maman and around the corner from Carbone and Joe’s Stone Crab — this sixth location marks a significant milestone in MOTEK’s growth since opening in 2020, offering a vibrant culinary experience enriched by consulting Chef Hmodi Okala, known for his MasterChef Israel appearances and expertise in Middle Eastern cuisines.
The 7,500-square-foot prime real estate property, owned by famed restauranteur Myles Chefetz, is designed with MOTEK’s signature sunshine yellow and lush greenery and features five distinct dining areas, including a charming patio and an elegant Shabbat table for 20 guests. Guests can indulge in all-day brunch favorites like Shakshuka and Israeli Breakfast, alongside kosher-style mezzes, fresh sandwiches, and hearty plates, including the award-winning Arayes Burger.
