Motek
One of Miami’s best essential restaurants is Motek Cafe. This bright and charming cafe, with five locations throughout Miami and counting, woos diners with a melange of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes. It is an all-day brunch feast here, with items like the smoked salmon Jerusalem bagel plate, lahmajun (flatbread filled with vegetables), chips with harissa aioli, and majadra rice bowl blurring the lines between breakfast and lunch. Order the malawach (Jewish pancakes) churros for dessert and wash it down with limonana, an Israeli mint lemonade.
