Among the standout offerings are the nitro “scallops” crafted from flounder tempura, the causa grab tower, and the nikkei tuna salad. A must-try dish is the nao ceviche ball, a traditional Corvina ceviche tempura battered with panko and deep-fried. Highlights include the tropical roll, which features tuna, salmon, kiwi, guava, and dynamite sauce topped with tuna and rococo aioli, as well as the crispy Kani roll, made with soy paper, plantains, avocado, scallions, cream cheese, Krab tempura, masago, and curry aioli. Additionally, the acevichado roll is a customer favorite, made with whitefish tempura, sweet potato, avocado, and topped with Corvina ceviche.
