2025 Palm Beach Restaurant no longer requiring a pilgrimage to the ‘305,’ Palm Beach County welcomed it’s first Motek on April 2.
Featuring Mediterranean cuisine, this is the seventh Motek location and the first not located in Miami-Dade County. Situated on Town Center Road in Boca Raton, their menu features dishes with influences from Lebanon, Turkey, Yemen, Morocco and more. Among diners’ favorites, the “shakshuka for brunch is the top seller,” said regional district manager Alexander Odishelidze. The chicken and lamb shawarma plates and sandwiches are also huge hits as is the schnitzel, he said. A ‘must try’ is their award-winning Arayes Burger. Featuring kosher, grass-fed beef kofta kebab (ground beef, spices, onions, garlic) it is served in a pita and won the People’s Choice category at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash in 2022 and 2023. In addition to the food, the entire interior is designed transport guests to the eastern Mediterranean.
